Faculty hiring process:
While positions will be posted to this website as they become known, staffing requirements for the coming school year are not typically identified until the end of March. However, applications may be submitted at any point in the year.
(Click here to download a teacher application.)Once position openings have been identified, applications are reviewed, references checked, and interviews arranged with candidates who are considered a good fit for our school and for the position.

Please note that in order to be considered for employment, you must submit a cover letter, resume, and faculty application for employment or the staff application.
This process takes place during April and early May. Teaching candidates may be asked to teach a demonstration class and meet with other teachers at that grade level. Ideally, contracts are offered prior to the end of the current school year. Follow this link if you have more specific questions about employment with WCGS.
