Wheaton Christian Grammar has a well-deserved reputation for offering a nurturing Kindergarten program that provides a solid foundation for academic success. Some of our students enter as readers; others come as eager prereaders. We'll meet students where they are, providing lots of stimulating enrichment for early readers, while non-readers take off quickly with our print-rich activities.
Students must be five years of age by September 1 of the Kindergarten entry year. Those with a birthday June 1 or later are required to take the Developmental Readiness Scale evaluation to determine their readiness for Kindergarten.
